•  Administrating Intersystems IRIS/Cache (Ensemble)                                 (R)
•  Implementing security best practices and access control policies           (R)
•  Capacity planning and performance tuning                                             (R)
•  Design and implementation backup strategies in IRIS                              (R)
•  Design and implementation disaster recovery strategies                        (R)
•  Implementing high availability / Interoperability                                     (R)
•  Implementing reporting/mirroring                                                           (R)
•  IRIS installation, upgrades, and database patching                                  (R)
•  Troubleshooting and problem solving for complex issues                       (R)
•  Managing Database maintenance solutions                                             (R)
•  Implementation of monitoring and other support tools in IRIS               (R)
•  Understanding in database design and data modeling                            (P)
•  Experience in integrating IRIS with ETL/BI software                                  (P)
•  Experience in ticketing system (ServiceNow)                                             (P)
•  Experience in release management system (Azure DevOps)                      (P)
•  Good in Azure and Agile                                                                             (P)
•  Understanding the Intersystems IRIS/Cache(Ensemble) coding                 (P)
