REQUIREMENT:

Very Strong experience in RDBMS concepts, DB design
Extensive experience in developing complex database code with T-SQL (Viz. Stored Procedures, JSON, Triggers)
Should be an expert in Query Optimization and Performance Tuning.
Experience with either SQL Server 2016 or above is necessary.
Extensive experience with SSIS
Hands on experience with SSRS.
Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Very strong documentation, communication and interpersonal skills is mandatory.
Should be able to define best practices, coding guidelines and ensure they are enforced.
