MIM Requirements:

• 3-10 years of experience in the Identity Access Management.
• More than 5 years of experience in Microsoft Identity Manager/Forefront Identity Manager.
• Ability to write and modify Rules Extensions - both MA Extensions and MV Extensions
• Detailed knowledge on the functioning of the MIM sync engine – different types of Connectors, Precedence, Run profiles, etc.,
• In-depth Knowledge of implementing various use cases in the Enterprise Level.
• Good Knowledge on Active Directory and the Migration scenarios.
• Extensive knowledge of MIM portal like MPRs, Sets, Workflows, Schema extensions, UI elements of the Portal and Sync Rules.
• Knowledge on FIM Reporting.
• .NET Development using C#.
• Hands On experience with MIM WAL.
• Good Knowledge on PowerShell.
• Hands on Experience in AD Connect and Azure AD.
• Knowledge on O365 Administration and Exchange Online.
• Knowledge on Azure App Proxy.
• Knowledge on SQL and Cluster Management.
• Knowledge on MIM upgrades and new installations.
• Hands on experience in designing the Identity Management Solutions using MIM.
• Should have worked on Management Agents –
•         Active Directory
•         MIM
•         PowerShell 
•         ECMA 2.0
• Design infrastructure related to MIM – MIM Partitioning, data center deployments, failover and fallback strategies.
• Knowledge on extending MIM Infrastructure for Load Balancing and Disaster Recovery.
