Website and Application Support Analyst

Responsibilities:

· Testing websites, applications, and other related products

· Working closely with software engineers to build, analyze, test, and release applications

· Providing support to customers

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree or High School Diploma with at least 3 years of experience in IT (software) support

· Some experience in UI testing

· Basic knowledge of SQL databases or any other relational databases

· Ability to write ad-hoc queries

· Some experience with supporting various EDI messages

Ability to prioritize issues raised and resolve them accordingly

· Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to interact with infrastructure, release management, QA, DBA, and application teams
