Requirement:

Configure Macro & Script in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer service.

• Develop new functionalities to extend the Macro and Scripts capabilities.
• Improve the Macro & Scripts configuration tool by proposing and implementing new functionalities to simplify the creation and maintenance of Macros.
• Demonstrate technical knowledge to design and implement CRM solutions.
• Need to involve all phase of development - Plan, Analyze, Design, Build, and Test
• Configure and customize on standard workflows, dashboards, forms, views and develop standard or custom reports.
• Complete the documentation required including the source codes, technical specification, and unit test result.
• Support UAT, and production and fix the defect.
• Develop automated test (technical and functional)
• Minimum 2 years of Microsoft Dynamic365 CRM development experiences
• Minimum 2 years of experience in ASP.NET C# development, JavaScript, HTML 5, CSS
• Experience with Agile and SCRUM is preferred.
• Should have experience in Omni Channel, Workstream.
