REQUIREMENT:
Key Skills: Required - Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM - Customer Insights, APIs, Data modelling, ETL, Azure Data services
Key Responsibilities:
Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 - Customer Insights module
Hands-on experience in Plug-in development using C#.Net and client-side scripting using JavaScript
Familiarity with Customer Insights APIs, connectors, and security roles.
Managing customer profiles, unified entities, measures, segments, and calculated metrics
Strong data modelling and ETL experience
Integration with Dynamics 365 CRM and external data sources
Familiarity with Azure Data Services (Webjobs, Synapse, Functions)
Experience with APIs, OData and data connectors
Soft-skills:
Passion to solve business-critical problems
To be a fast learner, a self-starter, and a creative problem solver
Ability to work on international distributed contest
Excellent Communication skills.
