Job Description

Requirement:

Administer and manage core Microsoft 365 services, including SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Microsoft Teams, and the Power Platform.

  • Configure and maintain SharePoint Online site collections, document libraries, lists, and user permissions.
  • Oversee the lifecycle management and governance of Microsoft Teams and M365 Groups.
  • Administer OneDrive policies for file sharing, synchronization, and retention.
  • Deploy and support solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Pages.
  • Provide Tier 2/3 support to resolve technical issues and respond to end-user inquiries.
  • Develop user guides, conduct training sessions, and create documentation to drive adoption.
  • Collaborate with business units to gather requirements and deliver M365-based solutions.
  • Implement and manage security, compliance, and data loss prevention (DLP) policies.
  • Manage permissions and access controls across the M365 suite.
  • Monitor and respond to alerts related to governance, compliance, and data breaches.
  • Monitor service health, usage, and analytics using the Microsoft 365 Admin Center and PowerShell.
  • Generate and present reports on platform performance, adoption, and compliance metrics.
  • Design and implement workflow automation using Power Automate and SharePoint workflows.
  • Support business process reengineering initiatives using low-code/no-code tools.
  • Assist users in building and customizing Copilot Agents tailored to their workflows.
  • Partner with IT security and compliance teams to manage data access, DLP, and responsible AI usage within Copilot.
  • MS-700: Managing Teams, MS-102 : Microsoft 365 Administrator
  • Experience in Hybrid and Multi tenant M365 Env, and Knowledge in Azure AD, Access and Intune
