Job Description

Requirement:

  • Mandatory skillset required Customer service, Omni channel & work stream
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Customer Service (required)
  • Microsoft Dynamics - Macro/Script development experience (required)
  • Familiarity with D365 Customer Service Slugs (required)
  • C# / ASP.NET / MVC (required)
  • Javascript, HTML 5, CSS (required) Web API
  • Need to involve all phase of development - Plan, Analyze, Design, Build, and Test
    Communication skill (required) (should have good communication skill to attend scrum meeting and capable to explain to the non-technical stakeholders)
  • Strong knowledge in Plugs-in development/registration 
  • Demonstrate technical knowledge to design and implement CRM solutions
  • Need to involve all phase of development - Plan, Analyse, Design, Build, and Test Configure and customize on standard workflows, dashboards, forms, views and develop standard or custom reports
  • Complete the documentation required including the source codes, technical specification, and unit test result
  • Support UAT, and production and fix the defect
  • Develop automated test (technical and functional)
  • Should have Microsoft Dynamic365 CRM development experiences
  • Experience with Agile and SCRUM is preferred
