REQUIREMENT:

Skill-Set: Expert knowledge in Microsoft Exchange Online, Good Knowledge in mail Flow and Delivery issues, Active directory , Azure Entra ID, DNS, Level 3 Troubleshooting knowledge in email servers, Knowledge of migrating mailboxes from MS on premises, Third party email servers, Tenant to tenant transfers, Good Knowledge in Power shell & MS graph  API, Good Knowledge in vendor management (MS), Good knowledge in documentation, Basic understanding about Azure Communication services, Good Knowledge in email security, Compliance and Security postures, Knowledge in ITIL Process, Certified in Microsoft 365 : Messaging Administrator MS 203 or equivalent experience

Managing the Complete End to end Exchange online and its services
Managing the email Security and Environment security
Configure and manage the messaging compliance features like Litigation hold, eDiscovery, Content searches and Retention policies
Managing the Email from migration from On premises and third part email servers
Managing and support all type email related issues 
Manage, update and able to create a Power shell script on requirements
Certified in Microsoft 365 : Messaging Administrator MS 203 or equivalent experience
Excellent in communication and Attitude
