The BPD team is the backbone of the organization, providing invaluable inputs to the other teams to achieve business applications as per the Shipping norms and Agency requirements.
The team comprises of Domain specialists who have valuable experience in the shipping industry and/or are trained on the Business Domain.

They receive the requirements or pain points from the offices globally. The department then conceptualizes, develops and deploys the solution for them. Not just that the department is also responsible for training the users and for giving support 24x7 365 days a year. BPD has a deep understanding & expertise of its domain. Over the span of 8 years, they have successfully done implementation in 70 odd locations.
