Experience on MVC, ADO.NET, JavaScript, jQuery. 
The candidate should possess strong communication skills to effectively participate in meetings and be capable of explaining technical concepts to stakeholders
The candidate should be quick to learn, proactive, and adept at solving problems creatively.
 Strong SQL Server developer skills - Developer should be able to debug/write/optimize stored procedures, user defined functions, tables, indexes, views.
Having experience either any one of C++, SSRS, Crystal Report and basic knowledge on Biztalk is additional advantage.
