Requirements:

More than 3+ years of Relevant Experience in Microsoft Identity Management (MIM Tool)/Forefront Identity Management (FIM Tool)
Ability to write and modify Rules Extensions - both MA Extensions and MV Extensions
Detailed knowledge on the functioning of the MIM sync engine – different types of Connectors, Precedence, Run profiles, etc.,
In-depth Knowledge of implementing various use cases in the Enterprise Level.
Good Knowledge on Active Directory and the Migration scenarios.
Extensive knowledge of MIM portal like MPRs, Sets, Workflows, Schema extensions, UI elements of the Portal and Sync Rules.
Knowledge on FIM Reporting. 
Hands On experience with MIM WAL.
Good Knowledge on PowerShell.
Hands on Experience in AD Connect and Azure AD.
Knowledge on O365 Administration and Exchange Online.
Knowledge on Azure App Proxy.
Knowledge on SQL and Cluster Management.
Knowledge on MIM upgrades and new installations.
Should have worked on Management Agents –
• Active Directory
• MIM
• PowerShell
Design infrastructure related to MIM – MIM Partitioning, data centre deployments, failover and fallback strategies.
Knowledge on extending MIM Infrastructure for Load Balancing and Disaster Recovery.
