The Infrastructure Team is a dedicated team of professionals managing the servers, building the tools and utilities, creating new applications. Their scope includes:
• Monitors 24/7 the various DataCenter and Disaster Recovery sites running the software solutions in order to insure a five 9s reliability outside of scheduled maintenance windows
• Install security patches and software updates, manage group policies and monitor for any security related issues
• Purchase, test and install new hardware
