Expertise in MS Intune, O365 and Printix, Azure update management, Expertise in Azure Joined workstation and advanced trouble shooting skills, Expertise in Windows 11 Operating system, Expertise in AD, DNS and DHCP.

Expertise in Azure joined workstation troubleshooting, Azure Update management, O365 and Printix Management,

Expertise in Microsoft Intune (Device Policies, MDM and MAM)

Expertise in Azure Active directory, DNS, DHCP

Expertise in managing the different type of applications

Having ability to collaborate with different teams for troubleshooting purpose

Good in ITIL Standards and Change process

Good in communication and Attitude
